  • Analysis of Information Content of Biological Imaging

  • Posted in Research Teams :

This team formed in September 2014 following the Biological Data workshop. Four graduate students and 1 postdoc, with four faculty member advisors from Purdue, Texas A&M, and John Hopkins are working together to apply information theory techniques to accurately automate information gathering from cell biology imaging. If the team succeeds it will revolutionize the methods used by cell biologists to extract meaningful information from images. This team was active from September 1, 2014 - December 31, 2015.
